I say...Good Riddance Summer! Summer in the South is like Winter in the North.....all you can do is stay inside for the most part except when you really have to go out....lol!
I was busy but not with crafts. I am having appointments....plumber, car, doctor, eye doctor.....oh, finance people....there's probably more but that's enough for now!
I did finish one Halloween ornament after making multiple mistakes but I'm okay with them....
now I'm working on the second one
I got a better deal on a Thrift Books purchase...........this was about 1/3 the price and I like almost everything in it! Thimbleberries never goes out of style...........
I did manage to get all my floss in bags but still need to "file" them in order on the rings.
I'm hoping to finish the 2nd ornament this week and start a 3rd one for me. Then it's on to Advent gifts. I hope you are enjoying Fall. The only sad part is my hummers will be leaving soon and I think some have already left. I will miss them.
I found this on Pinterest and thought I would share.........Happy Fall!!!

The coolness of Fall is welcome! Busy here too, three Dr appointments this week and then we may be done for a bit. Just finished giving the bedroom a real good clean and vacum and move everything but the heavy dressers. Even washed the screen and the window. Now I am done cleaning for the day but am still doing laundry:)
Summer is my least favorite season. Yes it's nice to have flowers but it's too hot to enjoy them. It's the humidity that gets you and fortunately Ohio only has July and August as hot and humid. Funny as how we get older we seem to pick up more doctors and thus doctor appointments. I too am trying to eliminate those pesky emails and catalogs encouraging me to buy more yarn!
I love your fall projects. Completed and potential ones!!
I wish fall was here. Only a couple more months and we will have that season too. You always have such interesting projects on the go and the treasures you receive are fun to see too. Those pesky appointments sure do interfere with our crafting activities.
Autumn is in full swing here, leaves are turning, windy days bringing down leaves and dark mornings now. I love and own so many of these movies. In Wisconsin we just watched Practical Magic. Still a good movie to get into autumn/pre-Halloween. Liz
Lovely projects. Bring on fall, we’re just on the cusp here!
Your little witch turned out adorable. Those Prairie Schooler patterns are a favorite. You have a lot of appointments coming up...good thing cross stitch is portable.
