YOP Week #15

Not too much going on here craft-wise as there is too much beauty outside to stay in!  This is my favorite time of year!

I did finish the grands ornaments except for the final finish.............the yellow is from the lighting and not on the cross stitch...........

I started one for me also...........the moon

I tried a brighter yellow but I think I will take it out as I don't care for it...........

I did work on my Christmas quilt but only to press the seams and now I am ready to sew the rows together but it doesn't look any different............

That's all for this week...no treasures, no crochet, no knitting.....but I am enjoying the fall here and getting some painting done and cleaning and clearing....prepping for winter!

I hope you had a great week and I hope you have great plans for the week ahead!

Happy Trails!!!

It looks to me like youre getting a lot done. We've had beautiful weather too with cooler temps. This week is supposed to be even better. Dennis put weather stripping on his Mom's front door today and painted our shed door. We also went to Mandy's after church to try to do a few things for her but more parts are needed there.
Those ornaments are sure to please your grands and that quilt will be wonderful. I finished all of the cross stitching for the Christmas ornaments for the grands and kids and just have to put them all together.
Have a wonderful Monday.
Blessings,
Betsy

I do love those Christmas fabrics together. I wish I could spend more time outside and enjoy autumn, but very necessary work keeps me in more than I'd like at the moment. You challenge me to challenge myself to make myself get out more, though. Need to make Vitamin D while I can!

Those ornaments are cute. I’m really enjoying seeing the quilt take shape and I I’ve Christmas fabrics. Good luck with the winter prepping, We started this week with getting the logs in and the garage straightened. Hopefully the weather will stay good enough to start getting that tidy for winter this week.

Being outside, especially when the weather is nice, is good for the soul. The cross stitch ornaments are so cute. I thought the fabric was modeled at first LOL.
