Goal setting........
I spent most of the day setting up my new planner and reading all the tutorials that were available from goal setting to freezer meals! Lots of good information. It was quite a lot of reading and printing off worksheets etc. but I'm pretty well set for August 1st!
I also received my first issue of Backwoods Home magazine...
There's an article on sourdough too. Just what I've been looking for! Not much else happening around here except the grands pool had a seam break so they only got to use it 3 times! I sent an email to Amazon. I paid too much money for just 3 times to use the pool. So sad....they were really enjoying it too.

I would be pretty unhappy about that pool! I never really used Amazon until the pandemic. We purchased Prime and I order from them all the time now.
I've come to realize stuff just isn't made like it used to be, hope they replace it for you. // I've read that magazine's articles online for sometime now. I've actually been growing potatoes in straw just like one of their articles for longer than they've been around! (Thanks to my dad showing me that method growing up.) They have some great ideas! // I feel for poor ol' Sparky the dog, I think he needs his own emotional support LOL! I love visiting you here and seeing what you're doing! And I love your new planner! Oh that is a good funny! I wonder sometimes Sam if my dogs feel the same way lol! :) Good for you for getting organized!! Oh I would love Backwoods Home magazine! They don't ship to Canada. I followed Jackie Clay for ages when she had her canning blog, I think she still might but I haven't checked in a few years!
I hope Amazon, or whoever sold you the pool, gives you a refund! It's a shame how many items are priced so high for such poor quality. I've never looked at Backwoods Home magazine, but it looks really good
I hope Amazon makes it right with you...sends another pool maybe...I have a planner...some days I am great about making goals some days not so much:)
I sure hope a refund or a replacement for the pool comes along. Last winter I was really good about meal planning but in the summer it seems to go out the window. I'm going to try to get back on track very soon.
That funny is oh so true. I talk to Chloe all the time. I wonder if all she hears is like that teacher on Charlie Brown, "Wah, wah, wha, wha." :-)
