I was up at 2:00 and cleared off the bench in the garage and brought in the softener salt from the truck and put it in the softener. What a job! Then at 6:45, Walmart messaged me that my groceries were ready to pick up so off I went. I came home, unloaded, disinfected, and put them away. I took a little nap and then got up and cleaned my bathroom and washed a load of clothes. They predicted an 80% chance of rain and it was all around us but nada so I had to go out and water. That did it for me.
All I have to show for all that work is a blurry picture of a hummingbird! I took 5 pictures and not one of them turned out. He was so cute just sitting there taking a break! Miss Peeps loves them! She sits below the window and when she sees one she comes and gets me and verbally lets me know they're at the feeder. That girl is too funny!
So, I'm afraid that's all I have for today. Hopefully tomorrow I will be more interesting! LOL!

Dang! Up at 2am? What time do you go to bed? You still managed to get quite a bit done and even got a nap in.
This heat is so stifling, isn't it? We picked up our grocery order today, too. We travel out of town for curbside pick up so it is always a huge order by the time we go. So exhausting to haul it all in at once and get it taken care of.
You had a busy day. I picked up a Walmart order last Saturday that should hold us for awhile. I made more hummingbird food a couple of days ago but I haven't seen any at the feeder.
It's really hot here and we've been working hard at the house. Today I washed the curtains and rehung them and we took the last load to storage. All that's left is the patio furniture and Dennis's big toolbox and his office chair he won't part with. So much work but almost done.

We have a few different birds that visit our feeder. I don't have a hummingbird feeder so I don't know if they are even in our area.
I love hummingbirds so much! We really miss watching them since we live in an apartment. They're such cute and fun little things to watch!
